We here at GoodHusbanding are constantly trying to find ways to give back to the community. Below are a few good options to direct your holiday shopping budgets. Rather than buying another tie or hot coco set, donate to a good cause in the name(s) of your loved ones.
Love41 (Pronounced Love for one) is a new company with an interesting mission. Created shortly after a trip to Rwanda, Love41 was created to support programs working to get children off the streets and out of the dumps and putting them in school.Their vision is to get vulnerable women out of prostitution and into a sewing program or beauty school so they can earn a living and feed their children without needing to sell their bodies. The neat thing about Love41 is you help them by purchasing the products they create. The women in the program make jewelry, clothing and accessories by hand and sell them through the Love41 website. It clearly states on their about us page the books are audited by the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability, so you can be sure the proceeds do in fact go to help the people they are meant to.
Kiss the Toad Creations
Kiss the Toad Creations creates custom superhero capes for children fighting cancer. GoodHusbanding sponsored capes for Jose and Aniston earlier this year, and if you are looking for a great cause where there is visible impact in a childs life, Kiss the Toad Creations is a fantastic opportunity for giving back.

My Two Front Teeth
My Two Front Teeth offers a personalized online gift-giving experience to aid underprivileged children. These children are selected through community organizations and allowed to individually pick their one holiday wish. The child’s wish profile is entered into the online database where donors then choose an online sponsorship.
